Computer Requirements
Operating System (OS)

Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or higher or Chrome OS 80.0.3987.137 or higher.

Find out what OS your PC is using.

Note: Mac OS is not supported.

Processor

Intel Core i3 or AMD FX or equivalent dual-core processor, or better.

Find out how many cores your processor has.

Memory

4 GB RAM (or more).

Headset

A wired USB headset (any make or model that is compatible with your OS).

******Note: Analog and Bluetooth headsets are not supported.

Network Requirements
Network Hardware

A NIC (Network Interface Controller) and network cable to make a direct, wired connection to an internet network. 

******Note: Wifi connections are not supported.

Internet Network Connection and Speed

Access to a landline-based internet network (DSL, coaxial cable or fiber optic) with available upload speed/bandwidth of at least 250 Kb per second for each user logged in.

The table below will give you an idea of how much internet speed/bandwidth you'll require depending on how many users will be logged in at the same time.
